The Story

One day my grandmother was at a garage sale and saw these pliers. She had never see anything of the kind so she bought them for a buck or two and gave them to my dad.

So what are they for?

They appear  to be a very specialized pliers. As you squeeze the handles together, the jaws close on one axis and then spread on the other axis.
