Jell-O Yogurt Desert

This is a quick easy and fun desert that you can make and refrigerate for a couple of days.

Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar free Jell-O

  • 2 cups of Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt

  • Non-Fat Whipped topping

Servings - 8
Points per Serving - 2
Serving Size - about 3/4 cup (image show is a larger serving size)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jell-O per the instructions on the package, makes 4 cups of jello.

  2. Mix 2 cups of the Jell-O with the 2 cups of Yogurt

  3. Pour the mixture evenly into 8 clear glasses.

  4. Cover and set the 2 cups of unused Jell-O aside to cool.

  5. Refrigerate the mixture in the glasses for 1 to 2 hours, until the mix stiffens.

  6. Slowly pour the cooled Jell-O over the top of the stiff mixture. You want to create layers.

  7. Refrigerate for  2 hours or more.

  8. Top with a tablespoon of Whipped Topping and serve.

Notes

  • The recipe is adapted from the side of a gelatin package.

  • 1 Yoplait Yogurt is 3/4 of a cup, I use three containers for one package of Jell-O.

  • Place the glasses on a towel in the refrigerator at an angle with the mixture. This will give the desert a little more flair. 

  • Use wine glasses to make it fancy.

  • The Jell-O and yogurt are 1.8 points plus the topping.
