Berry Crisp

A quick fast and easy, hot 2 point desert you will love.   

Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Black Berries

  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar

Servings - 1
Points Per Serving - 2
Serving Size - about 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in an oven proof dish. I use a Pyrex custard dish.

  3. Cook for 15 minutes.

  4. Let it cool enough to eat.

Notes

Try other frozen fruits like peaches. Check the nutritional value to see if the other fruits change the points, 1/2 cup of Frozen Black Berries, 110 Cal, 4 Fiber, 0 Fat.
